This was the first thing I tried when we went to Vraja Cuisine. This papadom/papadam is the reason why we were actually enticed to try the other offering of this vegan and vegetarian place.
Check out our guide map and full list for your Los Banos Food Trip!
✨ I highly recommend their papadom, a thin and crispy Indian wafer that is typically served as a side dish or appetizer. Because truth is, for such measly price you get a really big wafer!
✨ Vraja Cuisine’s take on this beloved Middle Eastern snack is entirely vegan, made from lentil flour and spiced with a blend of exotic spices.
Priced at around P30, it is a reasonably priced and healthy way to start off your meal.
