JD’s Bakery Cafe’s fried chicken was a whole new level of surprise. Wethought we’d be disappointed with the dish as the chicken was so white, but biting into it… it was juicy and perfectly cooked!

✨ Not sure if they don’t really brown their chicken (or if it’s the breading) but as long as the chicken is perfectly cooked inside, i’m not complaining.

✨ The chicken breading reminds me of tempura batter.

✨ JD Bakery Cafe is a popular and homegrown chain from Iloilo. You can also find one inside the departure area of Iloilo airport.

As of writing a plate of two piece chicken costs P192 which we found as a great deal especially as the bakery cafe was inside the mall!

There is limited parking in Robinsons Iloilo, but a good hack would be to get something from Starbucks (just across the parking area, so you can use the allotted parking space for Starbucks customers.
