As a super fan of trying out sausage and chorizo versions in the different regions of the Philippines, I immediately chose this Chorizo Pasta on Dafalong’s Garden and Cafe menu! I guess I wasn’t surprised that it would taste really good but, I should admit I was suprised with the egg.

Very breakfast-sy right?

✨ Delightfully, the egg had a toasted underside which was perfect to complement the pasta and loads of bits of chorizo! Maybe you can request on how you want the egg right?

✨Not sure what the herbs were but the parmesan added a great dimension to the chorizo and the herbs.

As of writing, this plate costs P175, which is just right for its price and size serving.

Other Details:

✅ The meal was cozy and we enjoyed a beautiful view of rice ponds and mountains.

✅ We actually discovered this place while we were heading to the port for our Gigantes Island Tours. We made a note of the name so we could visit on our way back.

✅ We particularly adored their lovely flower garden, which felt like a small piece of paradise tucked away in a quiet location far from the city.

Parking Availability And Tips:

You may park on the side of the road as the area is not too busy.

This Chorizo Pasta is a light pasta since the flavors are not too complex and overall it is not heavy or overly rich. It’s truly refreshing and perfect as I was only looking for something to eat before having dinner in the city (which was two hours away).
