✅ If you want to eat by hand, there are gloves available on the counter.

As the Chicken Inasal meal is presented to the table, it’s easy to see why it has gained such popularity. The plate features a fresh-off-the-grill chicken quarters. The dish is well-presented and visually appealing without being overly elaborate.

The Chicken Inasal itself is tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Which I think would be a marinade, made from a blend of native spices, vinegar, and calamansi, gives the chicken a rich, savory taste with a hint of tanginess.
